Insidedigs.com is operated by InsideDigs, Corp., a limited liability company in the state of New York. In this agreement insidedigs.com and Insidedigs, Corp. will be referred to hereafter as “ID”, and you, the user, will be referred to hereafter as “you” or “the insider”.
Your information will not be shared with a third party for commercial purposes unless permission is granted by you the insider.
When you place a listing on our site your email is not visible to visitors in an effort to reduce spam.
If you elect to allow other insiders to contact you, contact will be initiated thru the website’s messaging service. You can choose not to respond or report insiders who violate the website’s terms.
Your account is password protected.
It is your responsibility to review each listing carefully. If you suspect any malicious activity, please report this to: firstname.lastname@example.org
During registration process, entry fields marked with an asterisk will appear in your listings. We have taken efforts to ensure that your private information is protected.3. Records collected

For paid subscriptions (if applicable) we collect contact information, such as name(s), phone/fax number(s), and address for billing purposes.
Credit card transactions are transmitted through PayPal when applicable. We do not store any credit card information on our site.
Information you share with us directly through our Q&A, email or any form of interaction will be shared amongst ID. Only questions marked with * will have their answers viewable by other insiders.

5. Search engines
Search engines and other sites that might not be related or affiliated to ID such as: Google.com, Yahoo.com, etc., may make available your posts on their platform.6. When ID may share your information
